Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems including wiring, lighting, and control panels
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics using advanced testing equipment
- Ensure strict adherence to NEC codes, safety protocols, and company standards
- Collaborate with senior electricians and project teams on complex installations
- Document work progress and maintain accurate service records
- Participate in ongoing safety certifications and skills development programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or apprenticeship preferred
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and tolerate varying weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- OSHA 10-hour electrical safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to earn Journeyman Electrician license within 24 months
