Responsibilities
- Assist in installing and maintaining electrical systems
- Read blueprints and technical schematics
- Perform wiring, conduit bending, and circuit testing
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Document work orders and project progress
- Collaborate with journeymen on job sites
- Participate in skills development workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and clean record
- Physical ability to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Willingness to relocate within PA/TX
- Pass background check and drug screen
