Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical wiring diagrams.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure all systems are up to code and functioning safely.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Install and maintain lighting systems, circuits, control panels, and switchgear.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure project timelines are met.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in the electrical trade.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical theory, wiring methods, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and physical stamina.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Availability for travel to project sites in Austin, TX and potentially Florida.
