Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to execute projects accurately
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, and Massachusetts electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution
- Maintain detailed work logs and safety documentation for each assignment
- Perform system upgrades and energy-efficient retrofits for diverse clientele
- Mentor junior electricians during complex installations and emergency repairs
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience in commercial/residential settings
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, wire pulling, and circuit breaker installation
- Familiarity with PLC systems, motor controls, and industrial automation
- Strong knowledge of energy management systems and smart home technologies
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
