Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential and commercial wiring installations and repairs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate and maintain electrical hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
- Learn to interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Perform basic troubleshooting under supervision to diagnose electrical issues.
- Ensure all work meets local and national electrical codes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
