Key Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with residential, commercial, and industrial electrical installations and repairs.
- Perform basic wiring, outlet installation, lighting fixture setup, and switch replacement.
- Organize tools and materials, maintaining a clean and safe job site.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
- Comply with all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Drive company van to job sites in the Indianapolis and Ohio areas.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Reliable transportation to and from the shop.
