Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with various electrical tasks, including wiring, lighting installation, and outlet replacement.
- Learn to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from company vehicles.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and repair on electrical systems as directed.
- Keep accurate records of materials used and hours worked.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Willingness to obtain an Electrical Contractor License after completion of apprenticeship (we provide guidance).
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating electrical loads.
