Responsibilities
- Assist Master Electricians: Support senior technicians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Tool Management: Keep work areas clean and organized; ensure all tools and safety equipment are in proper working order.
- Site Preparation: Help prepare job sites by moving materials, running conduit, and setting up temporary power sources.
- Learning Safety Protocols: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Customer Interaction: Provide excellent service by answering basic customer questions and maintaining a professional appearance.
- Material Tracking: Assist in inventory management and delivery of supplies to job sites.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Learn: No prior experience is necessary; a strong drive to learn and grow is essential.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required for site travel.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortability with basic arithmetic and measurements.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions accurately.
- High School Diploma: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly mandatory.
