Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Prepare job sites by gathering necessary materials, tools, and equipment.
- Learn to interpret blueprints and electrical diagrams under close supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and organize job sites.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and testing of electrical components using multi-meters.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Basic math skills are required for reading measurements, wire gauges, and calculating material needs.
- Physically capable of standing, bending, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
