Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with system installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Safely operate hand/power tools and electrical testing equipment
- Identify electrical issues and implement corrective measures
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and building codes
- Complete documentation and reporting for assigned tasks
- Participate in ongoing skills development training
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train motivated beginners
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Physical stamina for climbing ladders and working in confined spaces
