- Supervise junior technicians and coordinate project timelines
- Document work orders and maintain detailed service records

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional electrical experience
- Valid District of Columbia electrician license (required)
- OSHA 30-hour construction certification preferred
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong knowledge of NEC and DC electrical codes
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights
