Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in residential and commercial electrical installations
- Learn to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and fixture installations

- Maintain clean and organized job sites

Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required - we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in tight spaces
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel to job sites within the Philadelphia metro area
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation required
