Responsibilities
- Assist with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Perform safety inspections and compliance checks on job sites
- Operate hand/power tools and electrical testing equipment
- Support conduit bending, wire pulling, and circuit panel installations
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing safety training and skill development workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn technical skills
- No prior electrical experience necessary – we train from scratch!
