Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, lighting, and wiring.
- Learn and strictly adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams under supervision.
- Test electrical systems to ensure proper functionality using multimeters, voltage testers, and diagnostic equipment.
- Perform basic tasks such as pulling wire, mounting outlets, switches, and ceiling fixtures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site, ensuring all tools and materials are accounted for.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Willingness to obtain required state certifications and journeyman licenses (we provide guidance).
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in various environments, including heights, attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
