Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Learn to read blueprints and understand electrical schematics under supervision.
- Perform basic tasks such as pulling wire, mounting outlets, and installing light fixtures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Interact with customers to provide excellent service and answer basic inquiries.
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior electrical experience required; we train the right candidates.
- Basic math skills and ability to read measurements.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to obtain required state certifications during employment.
