Responsibilities
- Assist lead electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Perform basic electrical tasks under supervision, such as stripping wire, mounting outlets, and installing fixtures.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe according to OSHA standards.
- Learn to interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Transport materials and tools to and from job sites efficiently.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid Driver’s License.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred (but not required).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong willingness to learn and follow safety protocols.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
