Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Use hand tools and power tools to prepare materials and assemble components.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and schematics.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks.
- Learn and demonstrate proper cable pulling and wiring techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be physically able to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- No prior electrical experience is required; we will train you!
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed.
- Strong desire to learn and grow in a skilled trade.
