Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Prepare work areas by laying out materials, tools, and equipment.
- Perform basic electrical tasks including pulling wire, mounting outlets, and installing lighting fixtures under supervision.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Document work completed and report any issues to the foreman.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, crawl, and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read basic diagrams (preferred but not required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
