Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians: Support senior staff with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Site Preparation: Gather necessary tools, materials, and equipment before starting daily tasks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- System Testing: Assist in performing basic electrical testing and troubleshooting under supervision.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Documentation: Help complete necessary paperwork and job reports accurately.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Willingness to Learn: Must be eager to undergo on-the-job training and obtain Journeyman licensing.
- Physical Requirements: Must be physically able to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required to commute to job sites.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
