Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Learn and adhere to all safety protocols and local electrical codes.
- Prepare work areas by gathering tools and materials, and cleaning up after job sites.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, mounting outlets, and fixture installation under supervision.
- Communicate effectively with the team and report any safety hazards or material shortages immediately.
- Complete required training modules and documentation to track skill progression.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time, including occasional overtime.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred (or currently pursuing).
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required for site travel.
- Mindset: Strong willingness to learn, mechanical aptitude is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a focus on safety and quality.
