Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Follow blueprints, diagrams, and safety protocols to ensure compliance
- Handle basic tools and equipment under supervision
- Perform inspections and troubleshooting with guidance
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Participate in ongoing safety training programs
- Document work progress and report issues to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various conditions
