Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman electricians with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Run conduit (EMT, PVC, IMC) using hand and power tools.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and testing of electrical systems.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and compliant with local codes.
- Load and unload materials and tools as needed.
- Maintain a positive attitude and excellent communication with customers and team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and physical stamina.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong desire to learn the trade and follow safety protocols strictly.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
