Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians: Shadow experienced team members to learn installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Prepare Work Sites: Set up staging areas, organize tools, and ensure the workspace is clean and safe.
- Load & Unload Materials: Transport tools, wire, conduit, and fixtures to and from job sites.
- Basic Measurements: Assist in measuring, cutting, and bending conduit and wiring to specifications.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Document Work: Help complete daily logs and paperwork required for project tracking.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We will train the right candidate from the ground up.
- High School Diploma: Or equivalent GED certification.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to read a tape measure and perform simple calculations.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License: Must have a clean driving record and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Background Check: Willingness to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
