Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Prepare work areas, gather materials, and organize tools to ensure efficient project completion.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as bending conduit, stripping wire, and mounting junction boxes under supervision.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and local electrical codes to ensure a safe working environment.
- Keep job sites clean and organized, removing debris and trash after daily operations.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other tradespeople to ensure seamless project workflows.
- Learn to read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: Previous experience is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- License: A valid driver's license is preferred for site travel.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Tools: Basic hand tools are a plus, though professional equipment will be provided.
- Soft Skills: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety.
