Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot wiring, conduits, lighting fixtures, and outlets under supervision.
- Keep work sites clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Operate power tools and testing equipment safely and effectively.
- Assist in pulling wire and mounting electrical panels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; applicants with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor including climbing ladders, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude are a plus.
- Willingness to obtain a Journeyman Electrician license upon completion of the apprenticeship program.
- No prior electrical experience is required; we provide the training.
