Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with various residential and commercial electrical tasks.
- Learn to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic testing.
- Load and unload materials from company trucks and store inventory properly.
- Adhere to all local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or licensure required; we are looking for eagerness to learn.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and climb ladders as needed.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong desire to grow within the trade and excellent work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus.
