Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with residential and commercial electrical installations and repairs.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols (OSHA).
- Perform basic wiring tasks and fixture installations under supervision.
- Operate power tools and test equipment safely and effectively.
- Transport materials and tools to and from job sites as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and obtain an Electrical Journeyman license.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow technical instructions.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
