Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for pipe layouts
- Perform drain cleaning, hydro jetting, and water heater installations
- Adhere to safety protocols and plumbing codes (IPC & UPC)
- Assist senior plumbers on emergency call-outs and routine maintenance
- Use diagnostic tools to identify plumbing issues
- Complete job documentation and inventory management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic hand tool proficiency (wrenches, pipe cutters, etc.)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across San Antonio
- Willingness to obtain required state plumbing licenses
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- No experience required – training provided
