Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians: Support senior team members with various electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
- Tool Maintenance: Keep personal tools and company equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a safe work environment for everyone.
- Basic Installations: Help with the installation of lighting fixtures, outlets, and switch boxes under supervision.
- Site Preparation: Prepare job sites by setting up ladders, scaffolding, and necessary materials.
- Waste Management: Properly dispose of construction debris and old wiring materials.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with zero prior electrical experience who are willing to learn.
- Valid Driver's License: Must have a current driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, climb ladders, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic measurements and calculations.
- Attention to Detail: Must be meticulous when handling electrical components and wiring.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills to interact with the team and customers.
