Responsibilities
- Execute diverse construction tasks including concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Assist with material handling, loading/unloading, and inventory management
- Collaborate with skilled trades (carpenters, masons, electricians) for seamless project execution
- Complete daily reports and document progress accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction experience
- Valid OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Proficiency with essential hand/power tools (saws, drills, levels)
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with concrete work, framing, or masonry preferred
