Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance projects.
- Learn to interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Perform basic wiring, termination, and terminal connections.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site at all times.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to stand, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Willingness to complete an apprenticeship program and obtain required certifications.
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious attitude.
