Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians: Provide hands-on support during residential and commercial installations, repairs, and maintenance projects.
- Material Preparation: Organize, transport, and prepare tools, materials, and equipment for job sites to ensure efficient workflow.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and safe work area by adhering to OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times.
- Basic Troubleshooting: Learn to identify and resolve common electrical issues under the supervision of senior staff.
- Documentation: Accurately complete time sheets, material logs, and site reports as required.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, answer questions, and maintain a positive company image on-site.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We are looking for raw talent and a willingness to learn.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Tools: Basic knowledge of hand tools is a plus but not mandatory.
