Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for daily tasks to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams under supervision.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and testing of electrical circuits and components.
- Transport materials and tools to and from job sites as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is necessary; we provide full training!
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in various environments.
- Valid driver’s license (clean driving record preferred).
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
