Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman electricians with residential, commercial, and industrial electrical installations.
- Perform basic tasks such as bending conduit, pulling wire, terminating outlets, and installing fixtures.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Use hand tools and power tools correctly and safely.
- Transport materials and equipment to and from job sites as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- No prior experience required; we are looking for attitude and aptitude.
- Basic math skills and ability to read measurements accurately.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and working in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow verbal instructions.
- Willingness to obtain required trade certifications during employment.
