Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools under the supervision of a Foreman.
- Assist in excavation, demolition, and site preparation activities.
- Perform general cleanup of the job site to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
- Transport materials to and from storage areas using forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily project milestones.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid Driver's License.
- Previous experience in construction labor, landscaping, or related trades is preferred but not required.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to work nights (typically 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM) and weekends as needed.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety procedures (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
