Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, terminate conductors, and connect devices to power sources.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Inspect electrical components to identify defects or hazards.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Use hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or licensure required; willing to train the right candidate.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and ability to read measurements.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
