Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman electricians in the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
- Prepare work areas by laying out materials, tools, and equipment.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as stripping wire, connecting outlets, and mounting fixtures.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
- Read and understand basic electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and working in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work a full-time schedule, including weekends or overtime as needed.
- No prior electrical experience is required; a strong work ethic is a must.
