Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Perform routine inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan work efficiently.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment (e.g., multimeters) safely and correctly.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members, foremen, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
