Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Run conduit, pull wire, and terminate electrical boxes and panels.
- Perform basic electrical testing and troubleshooting under supervision.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and schematics.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and climb ladders.
- No criminal background that would prevent obtaining a contractor’s license.
