We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, hardworking, and ready to start earning immediately with our weekly pay structure.
While previous experience is not required, we are looking for candidates who possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to master the skills of the trade. Responsibilities
- Assist certified journeyman electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Learn to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as stripping wire, terminating circuits, and mounting outlets and switches.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Transport tools and materials to and from job sites as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and project supervisors to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not mandatory for this entry-level position).
- Strong desire to learn the electrical trade and physical stamina required for manual labor.
- Basic math skills for measurements and electrical calculations.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and climb ladders.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Miami, NC location.
