Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Prepare work sites by laying out materials and tools according to blueprints.
- Install conduits, wiring, and electrical fixtures while adhering to local and national codes.
- Perform basic electrical testing and troubleshooting under close supervision.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Document work progress and report material needs to the team lead.
- Maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) and tools in good condition.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to read technical schematics.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
