Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform weekend emergency service calls with rapid response times
- Ensure compliance with North Carolina plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with project teams on new construction and renovation projects
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory of plumbing materials
- Provide exceptional customer service and plumbing consultations
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina plumbing license (Journeyman or Master required)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Proven expertise in pipefitting, fixture installation, and system diagnostics
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
