Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Perform basic electrical tasks including stripping wire, terminating connections, and mounting fixtures.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site while strictly adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Operate power tools and testing equipment under the supervision of senior staff.
- Ensure all work meets local building codes and regulations.
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required; we provide the training.
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions (hot/cold).
- Basic math skills for reading measurements and understanding technical data.
- Must be physically fit and able to climb ladders and work at heights.
