What You'll Do:
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including loading and unloading materials, operating hand tools, assisting skilled tradespeople, and maintaining a clean and organized job site. Your work will be essential to the success of our projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, etc.) with their tasks.
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment.
- Clean and maintain job sites to ensure safety and organization.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Previous construction labor experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation a plus.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
