Responsibilities
- Assist Lead Electricians: Support experienced team members with installations, repairs, and maintenance projects.
- Perform Basic Tasks: Pull wire, strip conductors, and terminate connections under supervision.
- Install Systems: Help install lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, and basic electrical panels.
- Tool Management: Safely operate hand and power tools, ensuring proper maintenance.
- Site Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Blueprint Reading: Study and interpret basic electrical blueprints and diagrams.
- Customer Interaction: Provide friendly service to homeowners and business owners.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we value attitude over history.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and stand for long periods.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Math Skills: Basic understanding of measurements and fractions.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and hardworking.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
