Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Perform routine inspections of electrical equipment to ensure safety and compliance.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Learn to troubleshoot and repair electrical faults under supervision.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and standing for long periods.
- Strong desire to learn the trade and obtain Journeyman Electrician certification.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating electrical loads.
