Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Ensure compliance with NEC and OSHA safety standards
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Lead junior technicians and project teams
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials
- Provide exceptional customer service and documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of electrical experience with valid Nebraska license
- Proven expertise in residential/commercial wiring
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Experience with automation systems a plus
- Strong communication and leadership skills
