Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Prepare job sites by moving materials, organizing tools, and ensuring a clean, safe work environment.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams under supervision.
- Perform routine inspections and testing of electrical components and circuits.
- Help maintain accurate work logs, time sheets, and client documentation.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required—we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel within the NYC metropolitan area.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions precisely.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and work in various environments for extended periods.
