Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Follow safety protocols and electrical codes (NEC, Florida State Regulations)
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams under supervision
- Install conduits, wiring, fixtures, and control equipment
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of electrical components
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Complete training modules and skill assessments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Basic math and measurement skills
