Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians: Support senior technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components.
- Material Preparation: Fetch and organize tools, wires, conduits, and materials needed for daily tasks to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Site Cleanliness: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Learn to assist in testing circuits and identifying faults under supervision.
- Documentation: Help complete necessary paperwork and job logs accurately.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: High school diploma or GED preferred; prior trade experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic measurements and calculations.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a willingness to take direction.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time hours, including potential overtime and weekends.
